Chef Roland Mesnier was the Presidential Pastry Chef for 26 years to 5 different president. He has experiences with them all documented in photographs and anecdotes – I mean, who else can say that? Well, nobody of course. But since he retired from that job he has been doing speaking engagements and a number of experiences reminiscent of his Presidential service. He’s got presidential china for special custom catered dinners… (I assume he had them made special for his events and didn’t pinch them).
